Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

At Qulubi Perfumes, we take immense pride in the quality of our fragrances. Due to the personal nature of our products and international hygiene standards, our policy is as follows:

  • Return Conditions: Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original shrink-wrap packaging. Once the seal or box is opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged bottle or the wrong fragrance, please contact us immediately at [0319-0418787/ qulubi.perfume@gmail,com]. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof of damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and testers (if applicable) are non-returnable.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5 business days.

    • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
